I’m a beginner with a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?
I provide specialized training and tailored exercise routines based on individual goals, fitness levels, and preferences. That said, the body informs fitness, not the other way around.
Am I a candidate for your program if I have a really heavy schedule?
I offer flexible and convenient scheduling options to accommodate busy lifestyles. This includes online options and early morning or evening sessions.
I’m interested in building muscle. Is this for me?
Absolutely! Hypertrophy = “muscle building” Ideally, this is what you should mostly be doing if your goal is to improve body composition and look your best.
Do I need a home gym, or will I need to join a gym?
Honestly, that depends on your preferences, goals, and resources. We can discuss considerations and adapt your program to fit the environment you choose. Ultimately, both options can be supportive of your consistency and enjoyment in the long term. Some may even combine both options, using a home gym for convenience and a traditional gym for specific equipment or social aspects.
What if I don’t like to cook?
Good news! You can still achieve your fitness and nutrition goals even if you don’t enjoy cooking. I can recommend alternative, convenient and healthy food options including learning about quick and easy-to-prepare meals that align with your goals.
